Its possible but you might have to wait because the code hasn't finish yet and once it done someone might implement Ad-hoc support in IOS 7. But, for now they will focus on Android and Windows since both platform have nightly builds updated.

RE: PPSSPP AD-HOC ON IOS ?
I don't know where is a info about IP in latest IOS but you could try that:
- connect to your home WLAN using your device and disconnect any smartphones, tablets and so on,
- go to control panel of your router,
- go to wireless section (or somewhere, where you can control how many devices is connected via Wi-Fi etc.),
- check your IP.

PC: AMD Athlon II X250, GeForce 8600 GT, 2Gb RAM, Win 7 SP1 32bit
Android:

RE: PPSSPP Ad-Hoc on iOS ?
Somebody wlll have to build an Ad-hoc server for iOS at least, like android and windows do, in order to make iOS platform playable for the current ad-hoc support
