is this tablet good for ppsspp?

The experts says a Cortex A9 dual core is better than a Cortex A7 quad core. I think only few games uses 4 cores, the PPSSPP for example uses 2 if enable the Multithread. I recommend 1Gb instead 512Mb, is better for gaming. I don't know how will be the performance in these games, but I think will be very good. My phone is just Cortex A9 1.2Ghz Dual Core and 1Gb, but I get good speed in most games.
