Fullscreen rendering resolution?
Are there plans to allow users to actually choose fullscreen rendering resolution other than native display resolution? Only found this image on github, seems like there was such option before?

RE: Fullscreen rendering resolution?
Already there's it:

I really don't understood exactly which you mean.

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

RE: Fullscreen rendering resolution?
yeah, this option only works with buffered rendering.
buffered rendering drops speed here to 50% with any settings, while non-buffered works like a charm.

like the only solution for me atm is to lower down the desktop resolution, then go fullscreen, but it's annoying to perform this each time.

RE: Fullscreen rendering resolution?
On that image, buffered rendering is clearly enabled, there's no way to render at a lower resolution except for actually switching the screen resolution of the whole desktop. The latter is something that's best avoided today in my opinion.

What GPU do you have that has performance issues stretching a buffer to the screen?? What game are you playing?

RE: Fullscreen rendering resolution?
you could set the compatibility options for ppsspp(right-click shortcut or .exe, properties, compatibility) to force 640x480 resolution.
it's not perfect, but saves you the hassle of manually lowering resolution all the time.

RE: Fullscreen rendering resolution?
it's kinda old 7300gt. still can run crash tag team racing and soul calibur at full speed with 2x window size, but no buffering.
