[Solved] Putting games on my device

I have several ISOs for PSP games I own and are incompatible with my Vita, and I have a question. What exactly is the process to go from it on my computer to playing it on my Shield? Is it really as simple as "Connect the device to computer, open up the device on the PC screen, and drag and drop any old place"?

Yes it is.
Only steps left:

-install ppsspp
-open it up
-navigate to the folder where you placed them and play
