[Solved] D-Pad not working (windows)
I downloaded ppsspp for windows (0.9.5, 64bit) and the games run just fine, but for some reason, the d-pad isn't working. I'm using a PSX-Controller via usb-adapter and the emulator even recognizes the input in the control configuration, but ingame, only the buttons respond. The arrow-keys and on-screen controls are also not working.

Have you tried mapping something to the analog stick(e.g. map the stick on your controller to the stick in PPSSPP) and trying to move with that?

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ | Windows 7 Ultimate x64
AMD FX 6300 @ 4.4GHz | HIS Radeon 7870 2GB 256 bit GDDR5 @ 1337MHz core, 1337MHz mem
8GB (2 x 4GB Dual Channel) Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 @ 9,9,9,27
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM HDD (Sequential R|W: 162|151 MB/Sec)

RE: D-Pad not working (windows)
Unlike PS2 games, lots of PSP games don't let you move with the DPAD, you indeed have to move with the analog stick. The analog stick is mapped to IJKL by default but you can change it to whatever you like.

RE: D-Pad not working (windows)
Nevermind, i solved the problem. I wasn't supposed to map the controls to my pad at all, because they are working "out of the box" and i just had to reset the settings. I feel stupid now.
