I know others have had this issue, but putting it in the right folder doesn't seem to help. I am trying to launch V1.40, but get the black Playstation Network screen every time. I have the update folder (from nico) in PSP/GAME/NPJH50832, and the ISO in PSP/ISO but it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

You need to update your ISO with the update file
There're bunch of tutorials on how to do that, Google them

Ok, now it's running. How do I make it so it won't black out when I start a mission? (Sorry for dumb questions.)

Thats current PPSSPP git build's problem. Use older PPSSPP version, 1.1.1-28 is recommended

Is there any issue having two installs of PPSSPP and gold installed on my phone? Since they share the PSP folder.

Anyone still playing this? recently build v1.2.2-710-g6e89d9f-windows-x86 gives me a problem, first i want to play it again cuz i don't play it for a while, so i started a new savegame and char, i used the recent build (v1.2.2-710-g6e89d9f-windows-x86), and use the default setting of ppsspp, well it's going well from the start of the game, main menu, start a new game, creating the char, saving l, and etc., but after talk to julius, i have go to the counter and do some practice mission right? when i accept it and try to make run for it, suddenly it's stuck at loading screen, so i tried to check my iso's and update files (currently playing updated 1.40 and it's game update), everything was good, tried to use "npc disabled" that provided by LunaMoo, it goes the same again and again, but in the older version of the emu (1.0.1-787-blablablah) makes a perfect run without any problem ( of course with "npc disabled" cheats and i think that build was my stable build for my pc) i got some ss attached, wonder if anyone having same problem as me...?

so above 1.1.1-28 should be fine right?

EDIT : i already try arround 1-287 and 1-330 still gives me an same problem, could you tell me the exact release build that works?

Not all CwCheats out there will work with PPSSPP
