Umm, this is just a suggestion, since you said you have tested newer versions, does that mean you have the atrac 3+ dll from your previous version folders? if so, you can just transfer the atrac 3+ dll from your old one to the newer version folder instead of redownloading it again, it works anyway even if you transfer it to another PPSSPP version folder. Just a thought.

Edit: Oh, I never noticed you're using Android, I'm not familiar with Android since I don't have one, but hopefully the windows method works too.
