This is the place where the game just stop working, no sound, progress, no freeze, no nothing O_o, the lady righ there just says "Hi" forever xDDD

I have two issues to report regarding it being played using v0.9.9.1 of PPSSPP:

1. It's slow on the Pandora when fighting the first "boss" of the game.
2. The OP video is being played slowly for some reason.

Does this means the lightning bolt is unpassable as of now? Or is there anyway to bypass the lightning? I just started the game and I wouldn't want to play too much into the game just to stop halfway. Maybe i'll stop playing for now and wait for a fix Undecided

Using PPSSPP v1.0-84-g879baec. I can confirm that the issue with crashing everytime you enter a town or dungeon still exists.

attachments contain system info plus an archive file containing my current save. Just walk into the village nearby and you'll see the crash occur.

It used to work, right? Can you find which build it stopped working in?

For example, if you know it worked in v0.9.9.1 and it stopped working in v1.0, you can try one half way in between. With about 10 tries (going half way each time), you can narrow it down significantly.

This is the first build I've tried playing Rebirth in. Looking at the earlier posts in this the thread, the crashing issues happen in 0.9.9 and 0.9.9.1. too. It's possible that this is a issue that always existed. Like ronytale94 mentioned if you relaunch the game you can enter towns and dungeons normally but going out to the world map and trying to enter an area again will cause a crash. So basically it's still possible to advance in the game, but I haven't reached the point with the lightning strike scene from Repede's post yet so I don't whether that one is still completely impassable.

Anyone else playing this? If so, why does it need frameskip (to fix warbly voices) more than far more demanding games like Crisis Core or God of War when played at the same resolution? Any setting that help 2D games in particular rather than frameskip? It just looks ugly to have it on.
