Can't open PPSSPP, help plz?

so i have a windows XP running on 32-bit (not the best for games but whatever), i downloaded the 0.9.1 ver of PPSSPP, but for some reason, every time i try to open it, this message pops up:the instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

i upgraded my graphic drive (not sure if that's what it's called), but it still doesn't work.

plz help
