Strange, I got SOCOM 1 for testing, but I see it way differently on windows.
This is same scene from windows with my customizable bloom shader on default settings: I also tried it just now on my Xperia J(not really a gaming phone lol, fps is below crappy, but I'm not really into touchscreen controls anyway;p) on latest ppsspp version from buildbot and had exactly same results as above. Intensive colors and no rainbow glitches. On your screenshots, just by looking at the color difference it looks as shader doesn't work at all, unless you customized shader settings. :x Edit: oh I was able to reproduce your problem - it's not caused by shader;p, it's "Texture coord speedhack".
