BEX is related to windows data execution prevention, how's that linked to modded shader? And are you sure it was latest Orphis build? PPSSPPWindows64test1378.exe ~ doesn't really look as default name from Orphis buildbot.
Sorry, but with that I'm totally clueless about that, seems like some quirk of windows. As long as default fxaa works, this shader just add's extra work to it using exactly same input and outputting it's results same way.
