PPSSPP Crashing on Start up!

Hi, just downloaded for the first time, tried to run it and it crashes immediately after starting the software. My PC is a bit old, configuration is posted below.

I believe your problem is answered in the pinned topic here: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5838

Basically your GPU does not support openGL 2.0 on windows which at this moment is the minimum required for ppsspp to run.
