people can't help you without specific information

If this has happened every time since your PPSSPP install, then it could be due to system incompatibility.

For example, I have a laptop (HP Compaq nx7400) which is unable to run PPSSPP, due to the built-in Intel graphics adapter 945GM. This generation (and any older) of Intel's graphics adapters have old-fashioned video drivers which lack some of the functionality required for PPSSPP operation. So on systems using these adapters PPSSPP simply fails to complete its initialization, resulting in the kind of error message you refer to.

On my laptop it does open a basic window frame before locking up, but that's as far as it gets. (Fortunately I have other PCs and Android units where PPSSPP works fine... )
