Cant open ppsspp

Providing little information is one of the few things that made people turn away from your problem. You should at least post your PC specs and what version of PPSSPP you are using instead of just posting a video link (i actually watched it and i can't clearly see your problem from that).

Sorry, I don't know much about computer so I don't know what is neccessary... where can u find the PC specs? I'm using 0.9.1 version (ppsspp newest version for window)
Like I said, my problem don't have much to describe. It just like everything u see in the clip, and I did say "the programe crashed imediately after I open it". That's all, I open the ppsspp and it automatically quit right away
Thank you for the link, there is a "The Windows version doesn't start!" and I hope it'll help. I installed C++, DIRECTX 9.0c (my computer is windowxp so this is the latest one available if I'm not wrong @@) and .NET FRAMEWORK 4 (don't know if it's needed). However, it couldn't fix the problem. About the OPENGL, I don't know where to download and how to install it
