god of war coo low fps help please

i have god of war coo and it only runs at 15-20fps and sometimes it drops at 9-10fps .and i run it at the lowest resoulution .
my specs are
pentium 4 cpu 3.00ghz 3.00ghz
2gb ram
geforce 6800xt
