Move the on-screen touch controls
Sorry, I know that it already was asked many times here. But I just remember that this option was present in the ilegal ffmpeg build in this thread: http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3133
I think the user that created this ilegal builds has an account on github where posted some codes. Maybe you devs could speak or take a look in her codes and add this feature to the official PPSSPP. Thanks in advance.

Maybe she (is a she and not he) not put on github, but had on build.

ya the ability to move controllers was awesome "i tried out that build" , as some games use the L-R buttons which are a mission to get if your using a tablet
