performance degradation between svn (fixed) but new graphic glitches appear/get_fixed
i play kh bbs final mix and at svn 602 (win 64) i get 81 fps and on svn 606 i get 58-59 fps in the exact same "screen" (savestate). is there anything changed that "killed" the speed? and its not only in the particular "scene" but i see BIG performance degradation on the whole game...

i know its svn's and reporting "bugs" is kinda.... but i just wanted to mention my findings!

Already reverted the change and replaced it with a better one.

RE: performance degradation between svn
if you are referring to builds from 607 to 609 i still see the same problem, if you are referring to something that is not in the automated builds yet then i have no saying.

thank you

RE: performance degradation between svn
good news for everyone! in the latest svn (somewhere around 609 and 623) maps are fixed for kingdom hearts bbs final mix! they at last show up fine!
but now characters have something like a ghost around them... something like

this "ghost" thingy gets away if you use no-buffered rendering but you lose the ability to enable AA.

also there is no more "black" or "dark" scenes anymore just this:

and that is also fixes by using no-buffered rendering!

but by using no-buffered rendering we loose the shadows of the characters (and who knows what else...)

Just force AA through your GPU control panel*, then?

well yes thats a solution but as it seems you loose the map again the shadows and some others effects of the game... (with no-buffering rendering)

also now the shadows are broken. they are fine at the start but after you take some steps and move around they "stuck up" and show as a uniform ball around the player!

well 609 (the slow svn for kh bbs) it seems it introduced shadows for the game (compared to 602 ofc), and those shadows worked fine!

and then i test 623 and i see some extra effects like the out of focus effect camera does (also maps) that it wasnt there before BUT it creates this ghosting around characters (also scenes with this effect are allot slower, like 30% worse) and also it breaks the shadows (they appear but they appear wrong!) speedwise 602 and 623 are the same!

shadow problem: correct shadows:
bad shadows after just moving character:
EDIT: also this:

if i minimize and "UN-minimize" the emulator shadows return to normal (ofc if i move char again problem appears again!) also they return to normal every time i change map area!

EDIT:
also more of the other problem:

RE: performance degradation between svn (fixed) but new graphic glitches appear/get_fixed
using build 0.9.1 808 seems to make the game stutter (video and sound) every some seconds, like split second lags which is very annoying. using the build 776 this doesnt happen!
