Final Fantasy Tactics: WoTL Problem

Hello guys,

Im currently playing Final Fantasy Tactics: WoTL (ULES00850) in ppsspp ver 0.9.1, while playing this game, I noticed that my monster won't hatch any egg even after months have passed in the game, I have tried recruit all monster in the game, still it won't hatch any egg, which is very odd, I don't know if it is bug or a problem with the rom itself that I'm download, it would be nice if someone can confirm this and give suggestion on what should I do
