Nah, your phone is too weak for this game until they optimize it. This is one of the more CPU heavier games like Tekken 6 and God of War which cannot be played fast enough on mobile devices until optimized. Ghost and Gobllins is a much lighter game that shouldn't be compared with this one.

What?? My phone is to weak?? It's one of the most powerful iPhone(quadcore snapdragon and adreno 320 gpu with 2 gb ram).
The game has a bad optimization!

I believe he means in comparison to computers, even they are having a hard time running this game smoothly

Ah ok! Cause it's not an older phone, is one of the best at the moment and I don't like guys who speak about thing they don't know.

RE: Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection
It's a bit unrelated to emulation but I wanted to make a question to die fans of Tekken series and games that follow very tight the storyline and the releases of the game since the start.

In the PS2 version of Tekken 5 there is a stage called "Waterfall" (http://tekken.wikia.com/wiki/Waterfall) and on the PSP version of the game Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection there's the same stage changed in night time now called "Meteor Shower" (http://tekken.wikia.com/wiki/Meteor_Shower). I know that all stages from PS2 version of the game got changed on the PSP release aestheticaly but did the original unchanged "Waterfall" stage from the PS2 version of the game ever appear on Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection on PSP at all, even for a short cutscene on someone's story?

I think I might have found unused/scrapped/leftover stages from development.

I haven't seen that stage at all, so it's likely the original stages would have been included at some point. Side note: Does anyone experience random crashes in story mode?

I think I found actually alot more than just a stage, possibly a removed minigame but I need to work more on it.
Do the crashes happen when you load a stage or randomly when you play?

RE: Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection
It only happens in Story mode, after winning a fight, but it doesn't happen consistently. It's more likely to happen the closer you get to Jinpachi.

@Hiruko

You didn't mention the platform you were using in your earlier post describing the crashes. Which makes it difficult to diagnose the issue.

Afaik, on Windows, I've suffered 0 crashes in Tekken DR since I've first started using PPSSPP.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

Whoops. I'm running this on Windows 8. To be quite honest, since I only just started using the latest builds that fixed the music, I've only played story mode once, where it crashed right before loading the Jinpachi fight. It's no big deal though, since the rest of the game is fine. I just asked if anyone else had the issue.

And thanks for the report. A few simple details like revision, platform and some basic hardware specs used goes a long way into helping other testers and devs identify and troubleshoot problems.

RE: Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection
Just a heads up. This game will now crash the emulator when attempting to play the intro FMV since video support was added into the latest builds.

Either stick with an older build until it gets fixed, or quickly hammer the start button to skip the intro video right after the autosave warning screen.

The game otherwise works perfectly.

Tested with revision v0.7.6-1027-gaa2781a-windows-x86 using rig in sig.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz

Turn Buffered Rendering on, and before you ask, there is no other way around it.
