For the record we have got others on the site with Celeron D CPUs and Pentium 4s running PPSSPP relatively well too.

Have you tried out the God of War games yet? Those will kill your old AMD CPU.

And yeah, Tekken 6 is a CPU ball buster for PPSSPP. My Core 2 (in sig which is 4-5 times as powerful as your old AMD) can't get good speeds in that game either.

You can't get full speed in Tekken 6 with ur Core 2 Duo? That's cpu is strong, and it should be able to run Tekken 6 at full speed with ease.
