the software optimization is crucial here (the PPSSPP itself), then comes the hardware to back it up, and again some hardware, even the best one, can be so poorly optimized so as the less powerful hardware will run better, also ICS and JB have better graphics drivers so they're are optimized better and should run PPSSPP faster without hardware failures (at least for me)

So to know which hardware is better optimized we should run tests on a single game (in specific circumstances, in game I mean), and post our results, but that is better to do when the emu is more or less stabe (v 1.0 for example)
