hmm... I have a dual core 1ghz CPU A5, adreno 203... and only game I get full speed even using frameskipp 1 is mk unchained??
@superearth958: what GPU do you have?

Maybe I'm using wrong settings
Or the GPU sucks..
Anyway I have faith in these devs for current devices.
If I never attain full speed o well tuff sh*t.. I won't upgrade my current phone just to play ppsspp... but at least if I need an upgrade in future ppsspp is there
