New Graphic Engine for Android & iOS
Hi guys! I opened this thread for talk about the new graphic engine for Android & iOS. That leaves the graphics like the cosoles (PS3 and Xbox 360). The first game that received it is the Asphalt 8 of Gameloft. The problem is that the Gameloft games, of some way, have a strange graphic, I think is missing some shadows and overbright, but the Asphalt 8 is awesome. The next EA's game, I have hope, that will be great. I liked much of the RR3, then the next racing game will be better. The Modern Combat 5 seems that will come with great graphics, but in the Gameloft's trailers, the games are better than real. And you, what think about the new engine?

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

Personally among every mobileshit developer on this planet only Gameloft and E@$$ know how to make mobile game with such 'graphics', the rest are trash (excluding those using Unity engine, maybe).

Not interested in MMO nor Japanese-made mobileshit games, no offense; they aren't my type.

RE: New Graphic Engine for Android & iOS
The new graphics engines are using more the cores than Ghz. We can see it in Android games, for example, the most games with high graphics, need of 2 cores or more. The PS Vita with 2Ghz have graphics like the PS3 with 3Ghz, but the PSV have 4 cores and PS3 have 2. The PS4 is an great example: 1.6Ghz and 4 (or 8?) cores, dont remember. But the graphics are awesome, because also have x86 CPU

RE: New Graphic Engine for Android & iOS
The graphics in Asphalt 8 (iphone5/s3/s4) are better than most racing games on Vita. The graphics in Modern combat and the game is amazing..MC 5 will be competition to killzone 3 on vita plus the price will be lower.Irs nice that blutrol from cydia supports ipega dual analog on mobile and ios7 will support gamepads too.Soon , around september, the next generation of mobile smartphone are coming out and the only platform that can survive this is 3ds because they have loads of good games.ON IPHONE 5 ,Sine mora, Shadowgun deadzone , Gangstar Vegas, Riptide 2, Real racing 3 etc all have similar or better graphics than Vita. Its just a matter of time before we see smartphones become dedicated(not completely)gaming devices.PPSSPP makes it a dedicated device that upscales psp in Hd , breathing new life into those games ex. God of war ghost of sparta looks amazing and better than a lot of 3ds games.
