Just wondered what it would take for pc emu, i know devices aint powerfull enouph yet but im curiouse.

I heard windows phone 8 can play pc games.

Ported though Smile

Will never gonna happen!

Maybe you can port Windows 8 for arm to a phone to make it run Arm optimized Windows Apps like office.
But there will never be an "emulator".
Maby in the future ther will be a vm powerful anough to emulate older windows version well, but you will never be able to play recent pc games on your phone (unless you stream them from the pc).

They could make an emulator that worked with older PC games.

It's possible to play Half Life and other Windows games with DosBox Turbo but with low framerate.
