RE: Save states no longer work in newer builds?
Loading states created by older version almost always lead to problems.
Save your progress using the game saving function and then continue on the newer ppsspp version Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM Batch iso <=> cso converter http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 Save Game\States Manager http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5516 |

RE: Save states no longer work in newer builds?
i don't get why people rely on save-states while the normal save function works perfectly fine, save states can be nice but i think it should be removed entirely to prevent this kind of topics/questions.

RE: Save states no longer work in newer builds?
For me,the purpose of save states is to save between save points and to create a save state to a place I like so if I want to replay some part of the game without the need to load normal save,go to the location I want and wait all cut scenes to end,I just create a save state.
For example: P3P - I like playing the last boss(I really like that voice...english)so I just create a save state(otherwise I can't directly play the battle) Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM Batch iso <=> cso converter http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 Save Game\States Manager http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5516 |

RE: Save states no longer work in newer builds?
Save states are very useful for development, in order to check faster if the bug we are working on is fixed or not for example
But save states should never replace in-game saves ! Anyway, the answer has been given, so I close this thread.
