Can't change key controls on win 32bit
Yeah...can somebody explain me why can't I change the controls on the settings?
I wanna set new buttons for my gamepad but the options to do so does not show up.
I tried the 32bit version on both XP and Windows 7 but either way it doesn't help.

RE: Can't change key controls on win 32bit
You have to use a more recent version of PPSSPP Wink

Download the latest one here Smile

Anyway, given that you are new here, you should take a look at the Welcome Thread Smile

As I can see on your screenshot, you are using the latest stable version...
I suggest you to use the latest beta/Git version Wink

I downloaded this version from the latest list of builds.
It doesn't show the entire build name on the 32 bit one. It only says "0.8.1" while on the 64 bit one it shows the entire build name.

Again, please download the 32 bit version and approve of this. I did check everything.

Hmmm..
I downloaded it about a hour ago.
It is possible they fixed it in the newest build.

Nope, it's like in my screenshots since a long time...
Are you really sure you downloaded the latest available version here ?

I give you the link of the current latest version >> http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/index....indows-x86

Key mapping does show on this one, but now the fonts in-game are invisible.
It seems they fixed one thing and fucked up something else :x

Try to delete your PPSSPP folder entirely and then re-download the build Smile

RE: Can't change key controls on win 32bit
Lets say it simple
If you are using the official version(0.8.1),the settings are in the menus above Options=>Controls
If you are using some beta, you can set the controls from the screen menu Settings=>Controls=>Key Mapping and you will have 3 pages here
1.For keyboard
2.For XInput controller...XBOX360
3.For DirectInput controller...PC gamepad
The DirectInput is disabled by default so you have to enable it first from the checkbox on the page 3

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter
