in the latest versions. frameskip works

these are some games that I tried (in windows), but only in non-buffered rendering works

Kingdom Hearts BBS FM (all good)

Monster hunter fredom unite (all good)

parasite eve the 3rd birtday (all good)

Final Fantasy vii CC (all good)

Final Fantasy Type-0 (all good)

and finally God of War Chains of Olympus (all good)

can put in 2 or 4 or just in 3, you will see that it will not flickering Tongue

amazing work Henrik Big Grin

Yeah, but we can't use Unlock CPU Clock less than 100Mhz, because will flicker.

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

Well of course it'd flicker with that hack lol. The PSP CPU needs a baseline frequency to function properly. You can't just expect to run every game with 60 - 80 MHz perfectly, it's just not going to happen.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

Yes. Another issue is that after disable the frameskip in game pause menu, the screen is flickering.

all games are now working for me...

The games I mentioned above anyway.
The best thing is, I can play in none buffered with frameskipp and the look very good compared to buffered good job Henrik.

Also, Unlocking CPU to 100Mhz means you'll get drop in FPS and it won't be stable at 30 or 60 FPS.

I've also done similar hack in past that actually fixed flickering as well, But during the drop of FPS (in low CPU clock) it flickers a bit. Btw, thanks Henrik for that!

Even with frameskip disabled, the screen is flashing. I tryed in God of War. I use CPU clok in 60Mhz.

They already told you that it will flick, you just can't play a game wich wasn't designed to run at that CPU clock, here is a quote from solarmystic explaining why it won't run fine

Man, he said that I can't play the games with Unlock CPU Clock + Frameskip. But I am using just Unlock CPU Clock. Before was not flickering.
