fwiw Blood Arts were fixed in JPCSP last week, but JPCSP has other bugs making it about as playable as PPSSPP.

JPCSP's bugs :

- Crashes if player starts a mission if the player used Blood Arts in the previous mission (fortunately saving works after updating Blood Arts, but you'd only be able to play 1 mission with Blood Arts, then you'd have to close and reopen the emulator to play another)

- Choppy gameplay (sort of fixed with vertex cache on, but not perfect)

- Overbright lighting (sort of fixed with read stencil to memory, but not perfect)

- Trigger happy with volume changes when moving (fortunately it doesn't seem to happen during missions)

I was able to use JPCSP to get one of the Blood Arts and test it in PPSSPP and it seemed to be usable (although the game still crashed afterwards since the Blood Art was being updated).
