i am need uninstall VC++ 2010 redistributables again after this new update?

How i should know that I am used Window 7 Sp1?

Edit: it still fail... I am need uninstall both x64 and x86 redistributables?
I worse write english so take easy on me
(even my own language realy bad T_T)

Rig to test now :
Windows 8 64 bit (Laptop)
Intel® Core™ i3-3110M (2.4GHz, 3MB L3 Cache)
