Where can I download games from?

For the piracy part I wonder if it is possible to put a check box under registration (much more like "[] I agree to not ask/post anything related to piracy/warez/download iso" or whatever is easy understandable even by non-native english speakers). I don't like being strict nor asking for admin and mods to be harsh toward newbies, (everybody can make mistakes and all) and I'd like this forum to be user friendly, but we are dealing with these kind of threads every day.
