Button mapping for Dualshock 3
1: Thank you to the guys who made this wonderful emulator

2: In the Windows version, I have a problem with mapping buttons on the Dualshock 3. I successfully mapped most buttons to what I wanted them to but the L1 and Left D-Pad buttons will always send me to the PPSSPP settings main menu for reasons I can't understand. Is there a way to change this?

I've set the buttons in DirectInput and the PS3 controller is set through the DS3 Tool.

RE: Button mapping for Dualshock 3
Maybe some keys are conflicting with each other, as you could have noticed the key mapping menu is divided into 3 pages, try to find which key is conflicting and change it with something else.

RE: Button mapping for Dualshock 3
Nope. No keys overlapping.

Actually, I tried something different. Figured out that XInput stood for the Xbox 360 controller settings so I instead configured the DS3 Tool to recognize the controller as a 360 one. Everything's functioning fine now.

Thanks for the help, tough.

Jou can use MotionInjoy ( http://www.motioninjoy.com/ ) to use your DS3 as a 360 controller.

Don't use MIJ, it's terrible.

RE: Button mapping for Dualshock 3
Use at all costs Scarlet Crushs driver from the Link of daxtsu, i also use a ds3 with this and its just awesome. It behaves like a x360 controller so u dont need to configure anything because ppsspp works out of the box with it.

Motion Joy is an option, but many ppl also have problems with it like bsod. Another advantage is no ads and no crappy backround process. U just hit install and seconds later its done and ready for use.
