Gold vs free difference and game question

[LukniS]

Hi!

Could you tell me what is the difference between free and gold ppsspp versions? Performance? Graphics? Or only price?

And there's problem with Need for Speed games. I can't play any of them on my LG Optimus L7, crashes after EA logo. But works on HTC Desire X with same settings. Burnout Legends, Assassins creed bloodlines works normally, but no need for speed

Price. Buying PPSSPP gold is basically a donation to Henrik. Feature-wise, nothing else is different.

Why buy PPSSPP Gold?

PPSSPP Gold is all the PSP emulation goodness of the free version:

Faster emulation and more platforms than any other PSP emu
Save states
Enhanced high-resolution graphics with upscaled textures
Turbo button for those slow-to-play RPGs

PPSSPP Gold also:

makes you feel good.
has a fancy golden icon you can show off to your friends.
Most importantly, lets me (Henrik) spend more time working on the emulator.

The Gold will has more updates (per week, I think).
