[LOL] My 1.7Ghz phone run slower than 1.2Ghz phone? Wutt?

It caused by cpu governor or cpu temp throttle.
This is very common for phones equipped with high clock cpu include my phone.

Edit. I tried project diva extend demo. It is very stable and less system demanding game for ppsspp.
I underclocked cpu to 800 Mhz and it still ran at 60 VPS with AA and linear texture filtering.
