Problem with the console and full screen

3 things to report:

1.If you start ppsspp normally(not in full screen) the console will appear for half a second and then the ppsspp window while still keeping the console window as the active window(even tho the window is not visible).
If you don't click anywhere and just press Ctrl+Enter,the full screen mode will be executed on the console,not the emulator which will lead to switching the monitor resolution to 640x480.

2.If you start ppsspp in full screen mode(FullScreenOnLaunch=True),when the ppsspp window appear,it will be inactive again but this time the console will be visible and if you press Ctrl+Enter to exit full screen without clicking anywhere to focus the ppsspp window,it will switch to the console and go to full screen mode(640x480)

3.If you do the same as above but press Ctrl+Enter after you click on the ppsspp window,you will see two buttons in the taskbar...one the ppsspp window and the other the console on which when you click,nothing happens.

It happens on all ppsspp revs I tried

And something else...if you start ppsspp from a shortcut and that shortcut is set to run ppsspp as maximized window,the "maximize the window" will be applied to the console and the ppsspp window
