Any reason why the "back" function was not added

I always liked using the hotkey for "back" to return to the game when I'm in some deep sub screen of the settings but now we only have "Esc" to just bring the menu and everything else you must do with the mouse.

We now have only one key that bring the menu,but isn't it better that key to act like the "back" function rather than just bring the menu and then to have to click on specific placed.

It's useful even as a pause.

why now menu button on android is not function again to bring the game to ppsspp menu while playing?
we only now can only use back button on android to bring the menu...

Looks like the "back" function is back and it's set to backspace.
I hope we will be able to assign different key for that otherwise I have to edit the ini.
