Monster Hunter games behave weirdly. I found the address that changes video mode but instead of 60FPS it goes to 15FPS(!)

how come?

the game's speed is good on my android but the fps is kinda low around 16fps i suppose (when outside,big fields) it goes 30fps when inside the house or a cave..
thats why i asked for a patch, hoping it will somehow go up a little more rather than 16

what do u think? no solution (for now) to have 60fps patch for this game?
