[Discussion] 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS

I'd like to see the OG Legend of Heroes games (Prophecy of the moonlight witch/Song of the Ocean) get 60 fps patches. The popular more recent games in the series all got some sort of 60 fps patch (Zero/sky) but the OG series does not and psp is the only way to experience these games in english.

I'd also like to see an oldie called Zenonia (a psp mini) get a 60 fps patch. Currently the games runs at about 5-15fps. It received an official patch to fix this but that patch is now lost to time. Currently the only way to play Zenonia is to use a very old version of Android and a very old APK of the original game. If the PSP version was playable it would make life easier for alot of people.
