Congrats on the promotion, i can certainly see why. Big Grin You were again absolutely right, i changed cpu clock from "Auto" to 333MHz, and all drops are gone, it's rock stable everywhere now ( well, if i wildly, and i do mean wildly, rotate and move the map at the same time it drops to 50fps sometimes, but i think it is safe to conclude it's the clocks again) Thanks again!

Thanks! I tried 333 and max 1000. Still 40 FPS in my screenshot. Even with 60 FPS cheat, perhaps 60 FPS at all times is not possible due to the game itself?

EDIT: Nevermind, 333 works! Had to reload save state and it now locks to 60 FPS. Thanks!

I know this thread is really old but would it be pssible for you guys to make a 60fps patch for gundam battle umiverse(kidou senshi gundam battle universe)? I looked qt all of the cheats here and at anotherthread but i cant find one for it.

This game has never been playable in 60FPS (not even the PC release supports 60FPS), so if anyone is able to find it and complete the code I'm more than happy to throw them some money or something.

^ You don't really need fps patches for any GOW games, they're all running over 60 on psp and new PPSSPP versions includes a compat hack active by default which gives you 60 fps(and also hacks around timing issue in vortex caused by running the game at exactly 60 fps) and an additional compat hack which can be enabled to limit the game to 30 fps, both are also fixed compared to their cwcheat versions which still had places with variable fps.

BR2's a game meant to be locked at 30fps in-game and clocked at 60hz, but chugs around 20~27 FPS in most venues. Using a higher clock speed fixes that chugging, but a cutscene with the player's cutman between rounds only present in professional fights in the career mode (arcade, exhibition and saved replays are unaffected, plus the test you take before becoming a professional fighter) is the trigger for the game speed to unlock and put the match into hyperdrive.

I'm still playing the game frequently despite it running like ass (to be fair it could be 10 FPS and I'd probably still try to play it, I'm that much of a fan of the games made from this engine) so I'm raising the bounty to £100. Not sure if anyone who can do it is actually going to end up seeing this, but maybe £30 wasn't enough to entice them, so here you go.
