Emulator functionality suggestions

Hello,

I have two basic function suggestions for the emulator, which should improve it in many ways:

1. Reset button in the on-screen menu
2. Command line workability
   

Command line shortcuts worked with all games at 0.7, but since 0.8 just a few games don't make the emulator crash when opening it.

What I mean is the run path
