Tactics Ogre issue (Windows build)
I'm getting a text issue when playing Tactics ogre on the Windows x64 builds, but not on the Android builds. On android I'm running 0.7.6-1490, and I have tested it on Windows with both the 64 bit build of 0.7.6-1490 and the 64 bit 0.8.1-401 build.

Both windows versions seem to not display text in popup dialogs (such as when characters are speaking, or the name entry menu). This works fine on the android build, but as I said fails on both windows x64 builds. I've mirrored settings on all 3 to the same result.

I have yet to try with the 32 bit builds to see if this can be replicated there. EDIT: Confirmed on the 32 bit version of 8.1-401 as well, and confirmed as working on the android version of the same build.

I can post up a frame dump if needed.

Try turning off mipmapping.

That fixed it. Interesting that this would cause an issue on Windows but not android.
