MGS Peace Walker HD on PPSSPP?

Question MGS Peace Walker HD on PPSSPP?
I've heard that MGSPWHD for the PS3 uses the PSP emulator, is this true? If so, would it make it possible to extract it into the newest devbuilds?

I'm asking because it popped up somewhere allegedly by a PPSSPP dev, but I doubt it since the game is also on the 360. Just wanted a piece of mind. Smile

RE: MGS Peace Walker HD on PPSSPP?
I'm pretty sure that one's a port, so no, it wouldn't run in PPSSPP.

RE: MGS Peace Walker HD on PPSSPP?
http://andriasang.com/comw28/mgs_hd_zoe_hd_details/ If the developers of the game are to be believed, they "remade" a lot of the areas. Also, the game has rumble support, trophy support, etc., which PSP HD remasters do not and cannot have(well, currently, that's not to say Sony couldn't hook up some sort of rumble and trophy system in the future).

RE: MGS Peace Walker HD on PPSSPP?
Hey guys. Anyway to increase the FPS to 60? Game is locked at 20 on default. I'm playing the EU version but this frame rate hurts my eyes. Other than, then some text issues here and there, but nothing game breaking. It works fine.

I've found the PS3 HD versio nof MGS Peace Walker (BLUS-30847). It is a folder of files that ripped from PS3 BD ISO. How can I enable PPSSPP to run it? I saw there are "EBOOT.BIN", "MGS_PW.self" files in USRDIR, but PPSSPP cannot identify what they are.

Please kindly advise. Thanks a lot!
Best regards,

Dude, this is a PSP emulator, NOT a PS3 emulator.

Its not emulated its PORTED and upscaled to the PS3, that means its programmed to run on a completely different platform.

Note:
You will never be able to run PS3 titles using a PSP emulator... i thought that would be common sense.

Mod edit: Removed insulting picture.

There's no need for that picture. Enlighten your fellow peers, not insult. Smile

Please refrain from such behaviour again in the future.

I was asking zzq920817 as he said ppsspp can run MGSPW-HD (and HD version means the PS3 rip) and I was curious about this. Just checking if it is similar to Monster Hunter Portable 3 HD (which run great on PPSSPP)

Thanks TheDax Blush

he was refairing to MGSPW via PPSSPP which runs in HD, only a n00b would mistake this as the PS3 version running on a PSP emulator.
