RE: [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
The .ini file is in data/data/org.ppsspp.ppsspp/files in root directory. Find the line CPUSpeed = 222 and edit to CPUSpeed = 60 and after save.

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

RE: [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
In the latest builds you can just change it in the actual settings and not have to mess with all that. As far back as build 0.8.1-226 actually.

Use root browser, data/data/org.ppsspp.ppsspp/files in root directory. you need to enable unlock CPUSpeed first in PPSSPP.

RE: [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
Is it just me or the option have no effect at all while ingame.
Game is started and change the value - no effect,no matter what value you set.
Game not started and change the value - more\less speed depending on the value.

Or this is just how the option work

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter

RE: [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
@vsub_

Once the game boots, it sticks to the values you've fed it throughout the whole duration of the emulation.

If you want to change it, you have to stop it, change the value and start the game again.

It's not a real time, in game, frequency adjuster.

Not yet.

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

RE: [Request]Clock PSP CPU Options
I just want to understand.
The higher the clock, the higher the speed right?
Why do you get faster with lower CPU clock?

Sorry for my english.
