Disable speed mode "Unlimited"

Well, since i'm one of those kind of guys that prefer to play in the keyboard and rarely use a controller i don't mind were you assign the hotkeys.

But won't it be better if peoples can assign their own hotkey for toggle and unthrottle to their preference? (In both the keyboard and the controller).

Anyway, we all appreciate that you are looking into this issue and may your first unborn child be a masculine child.
