I have been currently having a problem ever since I started the third character's story...when I played through Aqua, then Ventus, they didn't have too many bugs, except for the phantom shadow and a few other small things. I only got a slowed down battle for Aqua in the spirit of the mirror boss battle. But when i started up the new save for Terra, his scenes and playthrough have slowed down greatly, unless I'm in the save menu or the other in game menu. I checked all the other saves and they all seem to be just as slow as the Terra save now. Thank you for any feedback I get in the near future.

Try using an updated dev build here:-

There have been many improvements for this game since the official 0.9.1 release, including the infamous glitchy character shadows which have been fixed. Performance has also been improved since then.

You will notice that the latest builds lack the Antialiasing option, but that has been replaced with the ability to effectively downsample from any higher rendering resolution that you like, up to 10x the effective PSP resolution.

Looking at your settings, a 5x upscale level is rather excessive and may contribute to the lower performance, try setting it to a lower setting like 3x. 5x is just overkill for a lower spec machine.

I'm sorry to seem like an idiot for asking, but which builds should I get? I mean, I've got a hunch that I don't need them all but knowing me, I could be very wrong, lol.

Just grab the latest Windows 64bit one (which is the one at the top of the page I linked).

Migrating to a newer dev build on Windows is very easy, just move/copy over your memstick folder and controls.ini file if you have any custom keybindings you wish to keep. You can also move over the ppsspp.ini file if you wish, but it is recommended you start using a fresh ppsspp.ini file for a new build, especially if the older and newer builds are seperated by a lot of revisions.

Can someone PLEASE finally answer my question relating to my save games being "corrupted"? They load perfectly fine when I go to play the game on my PSP, but in PPSSPP they're "corrupted", and cannot be loaded. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm getting a bug where I'm crashing the moment I enter Olympus Coliseum...like right after the letters pop up on the screen...is anyone else having this issue? I'm playing as Ventus btw..

the same seems to be happening with dissidia 012...I hope it gets fixed soon!

yeah i have it on last build also, this is cause the emulator started emulating more psp effects (like shadows for kh) but its doing it badly right now! i hope they will fix it till the next stable build Smile

Yeah, I did uncheck multithreaded. I tried to uncheck "I/O on thread" too, but it's still not running.
