Is there a full-screen flag for launching PPSSPP and a question about data install?

Is there a full-screen flag for launching PPSSPP and a question about data install?
Greetings! I just got started with PPSSPP and so far it seems to be running neatly apart from some crashes. I have hooked it up to Steam to start up with certain games. However, I want to start it in full-screen by default. Is there a launch flag I can add to the .exe for this?

Also, I am playing Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and everytime I load the game, it keeps prompting me to do a data install. How do I make the data install stay? It takes quite some time to finish it every time I load my save so any kind of help would really be appreciated.

EDIT:
Forgot to add that this is on Windows 7 and PPSSPP v0.8-1.

Update to a newer development version and the data install problem for PW will go away.

As for the fullscreen thing, set FullScreen = False to FullScreen = True in PPSSPP.ini. There's no command-line switch for fullscreen yet, from what I can tell. If you start PPSSPP by itself, it won't start in fullscreen, but if you boot a game directly from the command-line and have FullScreen = True, it should boot right up in fullscreen.

Neat, I have to try that tomorrow! Another follow up question is where do I see descriptions of the PPSSPP.ini file items? I see a timezone entry there and would like to know what values it accepts.

RE: Is there a full-screen flag for launching PPSSPP and a question about data install?
You'd probably have to dig through the source code to figure out what most of them do and what options they take, but in particular, here's what TimeZone is for:

//Timezone offset from UTC in minutes, (EST = -300 = -5 * 60)

So presumably the PSP reads time in UTC and just takes an offset to get the timezone correct.

There's no documentation on the ini file's options just yet.

Right. I'll probably do the digging after work. Thanks for the help!
