UPDATE: Ive installed it already sir but cant seem to open it. While on the installation wizard i didnt checked any advance options/features for i dont know what they mean.

It takes a while to open it (it's a .NET application), you should see this icon on your tray menu (next to the clock on the taskbar) while it is loading:-

When it is done loading, right click on the icon, and by referring to this image, disable Catalyst A.I.:-
