I don't have PowerVR grafics issues, just at speed, Mali GPU is way faster than PowerVR...
For example: at Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact, when there is a lot of enimies, I have slow down at S4 to 18 to 20 fps, at Note2, I badly notice the slow downs keeping at 35 to 40 fps.
All the devices is stock no rooted.
