This plugin is not for movies, so that's normal Wink
The support for movies will be added, you can take a look at this thread if you want Smile

No, it works on 64bits Windows Smile
What daxtsu said is that this .dll file don't work with 64bits versions of PPSSPP...

I agree to the idea to make this thread a sticky Wink

That's normal, 32bits versions of softwares always work in 64bits versions of Windows Wink

The atrac3 dll link seems to have been removed/deleted, so I guess we're in need of a new link..hmm..

New link added to first post.

RE: Enabling Atrac 3+ audio in recent builds(Windows)
Maybe it's the wrong place to post it...(sorry) Undecided

However I've tried to compile libatrac3plusdecoder.so for Ubuntu64 and I had only partial success.

Some 'new' music actually plays well, but I experience MANY more crashes/slowdowns, that made the library pratically unusable.

I tracked down a crash (in case somebody is interested). Here it is (but I only have a release build of ppsspp):
Code:
30:22:272 CRI ADX Audi I[HLE]: ../Core/HLE/sceAtrac.cpp:1055 sceAtracSetDataAndGetID(09aa2200, 00004000)
30:22:272 CRI ADX Audi W[HLE]: ../Core/HLE/sceAtrac.cpp:987 This is an atrac3+ mono audio
30:22:272 CRI ADX Audi E[HLE]: ../Core/HLE/sceAtrac.cpp:622 UNIMPL sceAtracGetBufferInfoForReseting(2, -1, 09ff2a20)
This particular crash only happens on Linux (or maybe on x64 systems), since I could use the (x86) Windows version (with atrac3plusdecoder.dll) through wine without any problem.

P.S. in order to make libatrac3plusdecoder.so visible to ppsspp, I had to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to its folder (otherwise no sound).

RE: Enabling Atrac 3+ audio in recent builds(Windows)
Did you try to build the .so by applying the fix to this tiny bug as told by oioitff?

There is a tiny bug in MAPCDSF_Func4b32b0 of MaiAT3PlusCoreDecoder_SubFunc.cpp and we need to change it
from
Mai_Status rs;
to
Mai_Status rs = 0;

In the Android also is very slow with this plugin, it's happens in games that is very fast, and run at full speed on my phone. Like PES 2013.
Someone can compile a new plugin with the change that jacky400 said and share, please?

I just used the code here: https://github.com/emulibraries/maiatrac3plus. There is no MAPCDSF_Func4b32b0 in MaiAT3PlusCoreDecoder_SubFunc.cpp, and beside that no line with "uninitialized" Mai_Status rs; .

The only change needed to compile it under Linux is in MaiFile.cc. The line:
if (!::syscall(__NR_ftruncate64, file0, newLength))
must be replaced with the line above (which is commented out in the code):
if (!::ftruncate64(file0, newLength))

RE: Enabling Atrac 3+ audio in recent builds(Windows)
This is working with x64 builds of PPSSPP now thanks to even more recent builds. Just drop the decoder64.dll in the same directory as PPSSPPWindows64.exe. No need to rename. It also means you can have both 32bit and 64 bit builds in the same directory now with audio, since they both look for different DLLs.

The download link in the first post has an x64 at3+ dll. As for a 64 bit build of PPSSPP, well, buildbot doesn't seem to provide them..hm..

Have to rely on your own builds or emucr.com for 64 bit builds.

Also @daxtsu, is the link in your first post updated to include the minor fix incorporated into the latest .dlls?

PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1
