I tested the game out on ppsspp-v0.7.6-1248-g9e34513-windows-x86 with my ancient rig in sig.

Which videos are you referring to?

I just loaded up the game and let it play the lengthy intro video (the one with the j-pop music) before the main menu.

RAM usage is steady at ~151 MB and CPU usage is roughly around 10-15%.
