Omg emulator? Guys it's getting really borring to see all those topics.. im happy with psp emulator if i wnna have 3ds im goin to shop and buy console no need to transfer everything on phones..

It's not About Phones. It's also not about playing Games on an Emulator.

As far as i am Concerned programming an Emulator is a lifetime Expierience simply because you are making something run on a Platform it was never intended to, even better if it runs Perfect.

Gaining such deep Understanding of Hardware & Software Concepts of the emulated Platform isn't something you can get each and every day.

It simply goes beyond programming only but often also includes reverse-engeneering which is even more of an difficult task than programming to begin with.

Just to put my 2 cents, the last thing that holds away the emulation of the device is the creation of a user exploit on the device.
Also 3DS emulation is really possible. It's CPU (ARM11) is rather slow and outdated and known to the public how it works. It's GPU it's also rather slow and known to the public and it's nothing new to emulation either. The fact also that it uses OpenGL ES 1.1 it's also a reaaally huge helping factor.

Yep, unlike dolphin emu.. Open GL ES 3.0 Even the most powerful phones would struggle.. so like you said Open GL ES 1.1 is a big upside in emulating 3ds..
I would welcome that any day.

need to wait until someones succesfully hacked 3ds,maybe after that an emulator will come by,to think 3ds use opengl es 1.1 wow,an outdated thing for such 3d graphic.

Although I agree power was never a problem for emulating 3DS. Hence why I'm sad more good games didn't come out for Vita.
